In order to get the Jay Club discount each time you order,
you MUST use the email address and name that you used when
placing your first order. This email address can be changed when needed
in the "My Account" area of our website. After
placing an order you will be able to see your Jay Club
discount (on Jay Robb Brand Products) at the time of check
out, but only when using the email address and name we have
on file.
Make Changes With Ease!
You can update Billing, shipping, email address at the
"My Account" area located on the upper right of
any page whenever you need once you have a password.
Passwords
On your first order an email confirmation will be sent to
you at the email address you signed up with. At the bottom
of that email confirmation will be a case sensitive password
you can initially use to access the "My Account"
area. Once in the "My Account" area you can then
change your temporary password to something of your
choosing. You can also change account information and your
email address if it has changed.
If you forget your password you can go to the "My
Account" area and enter your email address and click
submit and it will email you a new temporary password.
Passwords are case sensitive, but email addresses are not.
