- 4 big coconut milk cubes (coconut milk from a can and freeze in ice trey overnight) or you can use 2 frozen bananas and 1 big coconut cube
- 1 scoop Jay Robb Unflavored or Vanilla Protein (chocolate protein for chocolate lovers)
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (oat milk)
- Homemade brownie (from scratch with all natural ingredients)
- You can add sliced banana for fruit lovers
Toppings
