Ingredients
- 1 cup milk of choice (you will have extra so you can save it for later☺️)
1 scoop Jay Robb vegan organic pea protein (vanilla)
1/2 cup chai tea (we used TAZO organic chai but you can make your own as well)
For ice we used a pumpkin tray mold and froze the chai tea overnight
Directions
Froth together milk & protein
Add ice to glass
Add milk to glass (1/2 way or a little more than 1/2)
Add chai tea to the rest of the glass
Add cinnamon
