Here is a special Valentine’s Day protein shake treat recipe for you to enjoy!
1 scoop vanilla or strawberry Jay Robb Protein Powder
- 1 frozen sliced up banana
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup water
Blend and use blender tamper until the shake is thick and smooth!
